Inside the Saxophone is an exploratory performance featuring saxophonist, Tim O’Dwyer and filmmaker, Florian Baron, bringing music and visual culture together.
O’Dwyer will play modular improvisations employing electronics and loops diffused throughout four channels surrounding the stage. Using Baron’s new media work Kaleidoclock, the narrative of sound that travels inside the saxophone will be revealed in varying angles on real time.
Collaborating for the first time, the Singapore-based composer-performer and German artist will articulate their creative dialogue through this experimentation series, magnified in the form of sound and images.
Entry is complimentary and on a first come first served basis. ArtScience Museum will be opened until 10pm for every ArtScience Late event.
