Belarmino&Partners Singapore is proud to announce that Vanini Belarmino has been commissioned by ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands to curate its new monthly programming series, ArtScience Late. For one Thursday a month,ArtScience Museum will transform itself into a night-time destination. From May 2014 until January 2015 ArtScience Late will showcase interdisciplinary exchange and collaboration between international artists, from choreographers and musicians to visual artists. For one Thursday a month, visitors can enjoy these ground-breaking performances that promise to captivate arts enthusiasts with original and thought-provoking material.
Kicking off the series on 22 May are Singaporean beat boxer Charles “Stitch” Wong and video artist Quincy Teofisto of Achtung! Achtung!. The public will also be able to catch original performances by other international artists such as Eisa Jocson from the Philippines, who will be working with Japanese-French collective, Composit teamed by Shunsuke Francois Nanjo, Kensuke Christophe Nanjo & Nicolas Charbonnier; and Singaporean experimental creator Urich Lau, who will be collaborating with sound andperformance artist Kai Lam and Japanese musician Yuzuru Maeda as part of the nine- month series.
Entry is complimentary, and ArtScience Museum will be opened until 10pm for every ArtScience Late event.
