“A Star for 15 Minutesis a site-specific creation by Indonesian choreographer Eko Supriyanto together with the LASALLE College of the Arts, School of Dance for the Marina Bay Sands’ ArtScience Museum, Andy Warhol: 15 Minutes Eternal.

Inspired by the philosophy of the pop-icon, Supriyanto developed a series of choreographic studies that respond to the exhibition space.  Eight dance compositions will be performed successively for three hours at the different galleries.  The team of young dancer makers from LASALLE will take on multiple roles, characterizing the people as well as the environment of Warhol at the height of his career.

“A Star for 15 Minutes” is conceived and produced by Belarmino&Partners as part of the public programmes for the ArtScience Museum.
